Job Description
This position plays a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our dispensing and laboratory services by ensuring accurate order processing, efficient stock and inventory management, and timely communication with patients and suppliers.

You will need to be a proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organisation are key. With excellent communication skills, you will build strong professional relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and patients, contributing to our goal of clinical excellence.
Skills and Knowledge
Well-developed administrative and organisational skills
Ability to carry our tasks thoroughly and with accuracy.
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A cooperative, team-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies (eg practice management or ordering systems)
Essential criteria
Motivated to serve the community and people experiencing disadvantage.
Experience in a not-for-profit or public health organisation
Experience in an optical or clinical services environment
